Review guidelines

Review behavior and public evidence, not opinions, politics, or personal identities. Keep reporter information in the review workspace. Abstain if you reported the account or appealed on its behalf, and disclose conflicts. Reasons are required and decisions are permanently audited.

Confirmation needs one reviewer below 10,000 followers, two below 100,000, and three otherwise. An independent Admin resolves category ties. Protection needs two reviewers or an Admin with a reason.

Appeals require a reviewer independent of the original decision, reporters, and appellant. A URL alone is insufficient: check the original public post, exact code, immutable author ID and timestamp. A successful appeal replaces the flag with protection at the next publication.
